Have you ever wanted to become an NRA Chief Range Safety Officer (CRSO)? The average salary for an NRA Chief Range Safety Officer (CRSO) in the United States is over $150,000 per year!!! We are very patient and will work you one-on-one showing you exactly what you will need to do to accomplish that goal.

NRA Chief Range Safety Officer candidates should be experienced shooters, actively involved in various aspects of target shooting, training, and range supervision. The NRA encourages active shooters to expand their knowledge and take responsibility for the safety of fellow shooters through this program. Course sessions cover a wide range of topics, including standard operating procedures, inspections, emergency protocols, firearm stoppages and malfunctions, and safety briefings. Students will have the opportunity to demonstrate their organizational and teaching abilities through practical exercises, and they will complete an open-book exam. Participants will also receive NRA Basic Range Safety Officer lesson plans and a basic student packet.

Prerequisites: You must be an NRA Certified Range Safety Officer, must be 21 years old, must have completed Basic Instructor Training (BIT) within the last two years. For those who need BIT, it must be completed before class begins. The cost of BIT is $100.

The price of the course is $375.00 + $11.18 processing fee = $386.18. Coffee, tea, and water will be provided. At the successful completion of the class, students will be able to apply for their NRA Chief Range Safety Officer Certificate.
